Very Good

Walking distance to Skycity. Also, loved having a balcony with Sky City views. Private, Comfortable & Clean! The Hotel pool and spa was a bonus too.

Had a great time.

Closeness to public transport and ferries. Close to Skytower but very little noise within and outside the building.

Picking up the key from a lockbox not on site. Would be great to use the reception facilities on site to pick up the keys

Despite the comfort and location, I would not stay again.

Very good accommodation and location.

Full lack of support at the reception or concierge. And without internet. We had no internet at any day. It is not a hotel, they use the space of the old hotel and rent the rooms, so you have to turn around.
